This fairly straight forward

This fairly straight forward. The only thing I wish was that the instructions for importing files from excel or CSV was more helpful. I had many notes that I needed to import and ended up entering manually. Otherwise, this seems to fit the bill.

Overall it's a great product

I've just started using Friday CRM and I find that it suits my purpose. I tried many other online CRM's but always found them either too complicated or complex and often I was not able to adjust them to my needs. There are parts of Friday that I would like to be able to tweak a bit more, but overall, I think it's a great product.

"Surprising, just what I was looking for"

What do you like best about Friday CRM?
