This fairly straight forward
This fairly straight forward. The only thing I wish was that the instructions for importing files from excel or CSV was more helpful. I had many notes that I needed to import and ended up entering manually. Otherwise, this seems to fit the bill.

Overall it's a great product
I've just started using Friday CRM and I find that it suits my purpose. I tried many other online CRM's but always found them either too complicated or complex and often I was not able to adjust them to my needs. There are parts of Friday that I would like to be able to tweak a bit more, but overall, I think it's a great product.

"Surprising, just what I was looking for"
What do you like best about Friday CRM? Free, simpel for a CRM, adaptable, import and export contacts to Google, groups and users, dashboard, instruction videos within the fields, manual in the app. Seems quite easy to use What do you dislike about Friday CRM?
