What do you like best about Freshstatus by Freshworks? It's really quick and easy to set up Freshstatus. As a small site, we want to focus on the development of our site, not spending hours setting up additional service, so the speed at which we could get freshworks up and published was a great benefit to us. It's great for our users as it's effortless for them to see the website's status, no matter if they're on mobile or PC.

What do you like best about Freshstatus by Freshworks? When running a SaaS business, uptime tools are an essential part of the business. When an incident or a downtime happens, this is the best way to convey to the customers and stakeholders. Offering these tools as free services gives a lot of help to small businesses.
