"The best Service Desk software on the market"

What do you like best about Freshservice? Easy and even fun to use. Super to configure with elegant orchestration and features. What do you dislike about Freshservice? Better integration with zoom, and bring back the slack integration that allows converting slack message history to a ticket. What problems is Freshservice solving and how is that benefiting you? Turnkey Service Desk, Asset Management, License Management. All work seemlessly.

"Better than Zendesk, Simple and Intuitive"

What do you like best about Freshservice? Modern look and feel, beautiful icons and this makes the whole experience nice and intuitive. The workflows are very easy to create. It didn't take very long for me to learn, the entire settings in the Admin panel. What do you dislike about Freshservice? Nothing. Used to be slower in the beginning, but its getting better. "Excellent Help Desk Tool"

What do you like best about Freshservice? FreshService has made it much easier for our Help Desk team to manage and search our Help Tickets. What do you dislike about Freshservice? Sometimes, FreshService picks the view when I first open up the portal and it's not my preferred view. What problems is Freshservice solving and how is that benefiting you? We are able to manage Help Desk tickets more efficiently, as well as view our assets with detailed information.
