What do you like best about Freshsales? Tasks allow me to keep my daily, weekly, monthly things to do at my fingertips. The problem that Freshsales helped me to solve is tracking the recent conversations with the clients and lead calling in to help them get back on track and process their requests.

It is simple to navigate and manage all of my people :) I like that I can easily filter through lists when targeting different things and pull up a list based off my needs rather than clicking on each file.
