A bit overwhelming
What do you like best? The breadth of features and products appears to be great. What do you dislike? I'm rather new and would appreciate a video guided tour of the product so that I know how to use the product. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Viewing website uptime and getting alerted when it goes down.

Easy to use, fair pricing.
What do you like best? I like the option to try their basic services for free for an unlimited amount of time and upgrade once we want to deploy it in production. It's always easy to use and on point. What do you dislike? Some features are not available in the free plans, but that's just fair. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We need multiple sources of health checks to be 100% certain we are meeting our uptime standards.

Perfect for small servers
What do you like best? It caught 1 downtime while other free services that I use did not. What do you dislike? Maybe it needs more free services, but I don't know what else to say about dislikes. Very interesting free monitoring
What do you like best? The best thing - It's free up to 50 tests. What do you dislike? I've registered just now and don't know about any disadvantages :-) What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The main problem - I need free monitoring for my personal blog. I think, if it works fine, I will use it not only for personal projects.

Best statuspage.io alternative
What do you like best? I like that it offers a lot of monitors completely free, and a nice status page for all my monitors. Also it's one of rare monitoring sites which allowed to add 1-minute checks on free plan. What do you dislike? Not having a TLS support for status page (with custom domain) on free plan is not cool. Simple. Useful. Professional
What do you like best? I like the one minute intervals and the public status pages with minimal branding What do you dislike? So far, I have not discovered anything I dislike about Freshping What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Monitoring my websites to ensure uptime and availability. The one minute intervals are much more useful than most of the alternative solutions out there offering 5-15 at best.

Great tool
What do you like best? Love the clean interface and easy to see metrics. What do you dislike? Nothing so far. Haven't used it enough to really find any issues. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Visibility into multiple critical resources, including customers' - benefit is getting immediate notification of downtime.
