Straightforward, Easy to Use & Informative

What do you like best? It was very easy to get up and running with the service. It was also a simple task to get this integrated with Freshservice, which we already used, to automatically generate support tickets when a service status changes. Also, to be able to monitor up to 50 services for free is excellent. What do you dislike? Freshservice tickets are generated when a service status moves to UP. What do you like best? Useful integrations (for example integration with Slack). Well thought out, clean design. Generous limits even on a free plan. Excellent service. Keeps my projects alive. Dashboard is visually appealing and easy to manage.

What do you like best? The dashboard is very easy to use and styled very well. What do you dislike? The dashboard is not as fast as it could be. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am able to keep my projects running on glitch.com alive. I used to use another similar service called UptimeRobot but their uptime was not good, nor was their dashboard.

Freshping means I tell my stakeholders about outages, not the other way around.

What do you like best? Freshping allows me to receive real-time alerts when there is an outage. It has saved my bacon multiple times. It also allows me to answer the question "What's the uptime of my website?" confidently. Finally, Freshping gives me a zero-config status page that I can share with my stakeholders and users.
