An amazing free service for SaaS business
What do you like best? Its interface is neat, and it has decent integration for various popular product (e.g. Slack, webhook). And it's a free quality service by well known company. Easy to setup, nice status page!
What do you like best? Easy to set up, nice reporting and status page. What do you dislike? Would like to be able to view reports for multiple monitors simulatneously as well as export historical uptime data. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Uptime monitoring! Getting a highly granular % uptime is very helpful and making it publically viewable to our customers

Excellent Service
What do you like best? Website has a great user friendly interface. Easy to find what I'm looking for. What do you dislike? Haven't found anything I dislike as of yet. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I'm using Freshping to monitor the uptime of my site. I've realised I can display this uptime on my website to show potential customers.

Every site needs monitoring. Freshping is a great solution that should satisfy anyone's needs.
What do you like best? We like Freshping's tiers that make sense for small businesses and larger ones alike. What do you dislike? We haven't found any downsides to Freshping yet. The paid features are affordable, and the free tier for smaller businesses are a great value. Recommendations to others considering the product: You can try their free plan if you're on the fence. Great product for managing SLA reporting
What do you like best? Service Level Agreement Reporting is fantastic and easy to use. What do you dislike? I haven't encountered anything I don't like yet. However, I did wish I could associate it with my main FreshWorks account. Recommendations to others considering the product: Try it, you will be surprised how effective it is when managing SLA reporting. What problems are you solving with the product?
