Really great startup-friendly monitoring/alerting solution with a good free tier
What do you like best? It was really easy and fast to setup/move our agents to freshping. We really like what this service offers, and can say that is a great solution if you need a good alerting and monitoring for your company. What do you dislike? Currently one downside is (as far I understand till now) there is no way to react to HTTP/HTTPS response codes. That would be really helpful. Great start, needs more integrations/customization
What do you like best? Fairly simple. Nice to be able to specify a highly customized HTML call to access internal APIs. What do you dislike? No API. No integration with FreshStatus. No ability to create custom metrics. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Waiting for the freshstatus integration, but being able to see our API status is great!

Super Easy Uptime Monitoring
What do you like best? The UI is super easy to navigate, like most of the Freshworks products. It integrates well with FreshDesk and FreshCRM; quick and easy to set-up! What do you dislike? There is some "lag" when setting up your up-time monitors, at least there was when we first started using the service. What do you like best? It's FREE and allows 50 URLs to monitors. For a firm like us. It's to have free at start and as requirement increase, we can upgrade What do you dislike? Pause monitoring should be available in the BLOSSOM plan. At least allow pausing only a few at a time. Having 5 Monitoring and buying Garden. Super easy to set up and very reliable, I recommend freshping
What do you like best? Quick and easy to set up, free plan allows to test the service and take advantage of freshping without worrying about costs at the beginning What do you dislike? I have no particular issue with the service What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I need to get notified if a specific web resource goes down (for technical reasons or connectivity failure) before users start complaining about the outage

It just works
What do you like best? It used to send out a bunch of emails, which was spammy. However, they had fixed that and Freshping is actually a pretty good alternative to all those really expensive status pages. It's very helpful in giving detailed analytics and also very clean looking. Also, it is VERY ACCURATE. I like that it integrates with Freshservice and Freshdesk. What do you dislike? Simple that gets the work done
What do you like best? Easy to use, very intuitive, smart analytics, and very collaborative What do you dislike? A bit costly, should have a trial, and no mobile app What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? 1. Get reporting of uptime and downtime of website 2. Ability to identify downtime and comparing it with server report to find the cause behind downtime 3. Instant alert notifying when server is down

Great, simple product!
What do you like best? It is simple to set up and use, great for keeping track of our server uptime. What do you dislike? Don't have any negative feedback.
