What do you like best about Freshping by Freshworks? We have had Freshservice for about 10 years and always found support to be excellent when we have needed it, this is one of the reasons that we wanted to use Freshping as it directly integrates into Freshservice so that we can get any issues with our websites directly logged into Freshservice this makes it very easy to use and as we use the helpdesk every day this will mean everything is in one place.
