WORST customer service ever
WORST customer service ever. Dont do it. After 3 months of subscription Im still waiting to get onboarded. They develop software for an amazing customer experience... Haha what a joke! Oh and dont forget that they keep charging the card...

Worst customer service ever.
Really poor customer service from this company.First off, they have an internal audit of the employees that puts a strong emphasis on "First contact" when a customer sends in a ticket.So, you can expect a response literally withing seconds, that is as helpful as the Help feature in any software - the advice will not have anything to do with your request, it will just be the most generic cut and paste answer they have.Then you will have to wait sometimes days after that first contact before ...

Freshdesk: Easy to use cloud-based support solution
What do you like best? As a web-based program, there are actually not too many cases (in fact, very few) that cause the program to crash or block. Generally, it works well every day. One thing it does well is that it is easy to use and not too complicated. Most IT staff will be able to navigate through the program without consulting the documentation on how to use it. Cumbersome to use, Search functionality is poor
What do you like best? I like the way that FreshDesk, FreshCaller and Freschat integrated together. We were able to a number of other programs that consolidated our stack. What do you dislike? The UI is very cumbersome to use when you have a lot of tickets coming through. We found that you have to refresh the page a lot to get updated tickets. The Search functionality isn't great at all. Face mask doesn't match description.
This company selling SmartCover face masks breaks promises and the face mask does not match up to their description. They promised me a refund on the high £3 postage charge. (It cannot have cost them more than £1.20 to post). They then refused it. The mask is 'one size fits all' but it doesn't fit me - too loose and no way to adjust it. 'Smartcover' masks don't live up to their hype.
I have recently purchased 'Smartcover' masks through 'Freshdesk'. They were advertised as being very good at preventing glasses from fogging and as having very breathable fabric.The opposite is true in both cases. I now have 6 types of mask and 'Smartcover' masks are the worst for fogging and easy breathability that I have.
