Horrible customer support !

Horrible customer support !Stay as far as you can from Freshdesk, the customer service is one of the worst one I have experienced..We have been getting issues with our billing for more than 2 months now, no one bothers to reply to our tickets...

Gute Helpdesk-Software, aber wehe wenn Problem!

Gut funktionierende Software aber wehe, wenn du eine Problem hast. Nachdem ich von der indischen Hotline umgehend eine Antwort erhalten habe, dass man das Problem prüft, kam nun seit mehr als einen Monat keine Antwort mehr, auch nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen. Der deutsche Vertrieb interessiert sich erst Recht nicht für Probleme ... die wollen nur verkaufen, da kam überhaupt keine Antwort.

Freshdesk an sich ist eine nette Supportcloud. Nicht mehr - nicht weniger. Es klafft derzeit eine Riesenlücke zwischen vernünftigem Lösungen im Supportbereich. Genauso wie bei Zendesk sollte man sich genau überlegen auf was man sich hier einlässt. Freshdesk gibt scheinbar Unsummen an Geld für aggressives Marketing aus ist aber nicht in der Lage einfachsten Support zu geben. What do you like best? The best part here is this web based application is very fast in terms of response. With a low speed internet also iam able to work on it during work from home situation. And also the navigation part is very easy in this compared to some other applications. What do you dislike? FreshDesk is one of the best platform that I have ever used.

What do you like best? The best thing about the freshdesk was it's consistency, whether you are getting bulk of loads on the same platform for the queries. It was the easiest way to response on the multiple tickets instantly. What do you dislike? The one thing I dislike about freshdesk was it's UI was not user friendly. Freshdesk - easy to use, but, there are bugs

What do you like best? The best feature is the auto allocation of tickets in Freshdesk. No matter how many agents work on the platform, the auto allocation works like a charm, without duplication or repeated occurences of the same task. What do you dislike? There are bugs while sending emails, where in the same email id sent twice to the customers or clients. Even though this does not happen everytime, no one wants to send the same thing twice.
