"Powerful but not bug-free!"
What do you like best about Freshchat? I like the use of AI to assist in paraphrasing and summarizing conversations. Works great and doesn't hog down the system resources. I like that I am able to use it for different channels, and thus helping our customers in the most efficient way.

What do you like best about Freshchat? Fresh chat is one of the best CRM software I've used and the best part is about it's AI tool which helps in paraphrasing and summarising the conversation in a concise manner which saves a lot of time.
