It has the solution our business needs
PROS: I like that Freshcaller comes with a responsive mobile app the works with global phone numbers. It helps me connect with people even if I am on the go. Easily configurable and has an excellent support team. The price is reasonable, and the calls are stable. This is a solution every small business should have. CONS: There are bugs in the setting up process and sometimes, in the lines. Also, some of the numbers are not working or unavailable in some location if you don’t have an address ...

PROS: I like that Freshcaller comes with a responsive mobile app the works with global phone numbers. It helps me connect with people even if I am on the go. What do you like best about Freshdesk Contact Center? Freshcaller was a breeze to install and setup. We got a number we liked and it worked both on computer and smartphone

"Okay, but needs improvement"
What do you like best about Freshdesk Contact Center? I like how simple it was to set-up and how I can easily modify the IVR and waiting messages. I LOVE the call-back option, this is a huge must for start-ups like us who sometimes have a longer waiting time. Our customers love that option too.

Affordable and dynamic phone system
PROS: With Freshcaller, we don’t need to utilize traditional phone systems. It is simple to use and adopted easily by my help desk staff. With it, we don’t need to worry about the potential risks brought on by local system failures. It is available at all times using different devices. "Good System but has some challenges"
What do you like best about Freshdesk Contact Center? I like that I am able to answer calls with my phone using the Freshcaller phone aap.
