"How Freshdesk Omnichannel will make your life easier."

What do you like best about Freshworks Customer Service Suite? What I like the best about this product is the user interface and ease of access in terms of setting up and managing concerns inside the platform.

"Great Service"

What do you like best about Freshdesk Contact Center? We recently switched from Line2 to Freshdesk Contact Center and Im really glad we did. You basically can create a call center between your different employees, great for working from home. Connection was a big improvement from Line2 as well.

"OmniChannel support experience but has a lot of moving parts which are not so much in tandem"

What do you like best about Freshdesk Contact Center? The best thing about FreshDesk Contact Center is that all the touchpoints of customer communication can be converged in one place. Next would be it's basic implementation which is very easy. And then you have a lot of free collaborators seat using which your organization's non-customer support team members who may have indirect role in managing customer queries, can also come on board.

Sales CRMs should have this solution

PROS: Freshcaller is integrated with Freshsales CRM to help streamline our sales process. Both making and receiving calls are made even simpler as well. All call history is automatically logged with the customer/lead records. It even comes with an app that allows our remote sales staff to make and receive calls on the go CONS: I don’t like that inbound calls do not automatically provide the record related to leads. Easy to use and best phone contact system

PROS: What makes Freshcaller the best phone system for us is its simplicity. It is easy to use and comes with a load of helpful functionalities and clean user interface! We find this solution very useful for both making and receiving calls. We can manage calls and track all call records through history. CONS: Sometimes, dialing clients doesn’t seem to work.
