What do you like best about Freshchat? Easy to use and AI-enabled which helps in communication. Customized view. User-friendly dashboard with graphs that can filter as per our needs. Ticket creation is good because it actually amends all the chat on a single click.

What do you like best about Freshchat? Chats have spell check and grammatical corrections, like the private note feature. Easy to add files for transfer to client. Easy flow of chat back and forth, canned remarks and message read notifications.

What do you like best about Freshchat? It's free to try and can be integrated with your webpage. A lot of automation can be added, let it be an initial response, collecting details when the agent is not available, bot suggestions, resolving and creating or merging with an existing one, etc
