"Freshdesk Must have tool for Interacting with customer!"
What do you like best about Freshchat? I used multiple chats but only freshdesk created many engagement. It has plenty of features in free plan itself. Trigger feature in freshchat helps to target users based on the behaviors and run campaigns based on that. This helps us to unwrap lot of things user was confused and why we are loosing in funnel.

What do you like best? The service is great for organizing communications with users. It allows you to customize the appearance of the chat and set up autoresponders. Guides conversations to the correct agents and also collect metrics to know the level of customer satisfaction.
