"Amazing team and amazing product"

What do you like best about Freshchat? We had a few issues implementing their product on a react-native app but their support was so fast and so efficient, unbelievable. All the issues were only because of our implementation and our misunderstandings. Their product works really well and it looks great integrated in our business model.

Personalized service is possible

PROS: The level of personalization this app has allowed us to do is amazing. We can set up triggered messages based on purchase stage, territory, product, etc. Even our sales team has been able to sort leads by sales stage and that has given them a major way to customize their pitch.
