What do you like best? We have migrated to freshdesk from another provider and we loved the options it provides for us to customize as per our requirement, our developers was able to set this up on our website with the API in no time which is an added advantage for this tool

What do you like best? The best part of FreshDesk messaging is it's simple and easy to understand UI. I didn't need any onboarding process even when they have a free program. Other than that, the software is well built and it convers all the basic requirements
