An excellent tool for a personal business

What do you like best? I love that you can add different clients and have preferences for each of those clients. Each client has a dropdown and everything is automatic. I also loved that you could really organize all of your invoices in one secure place. What do you dislike? There was not much that I disliked! things need fixin

I like FB for the most part. The banking section needs work. My transactions seem to lag which is frustrating...been going on for over a year now. Most people would've given up and left. I haven't yet. The FB team has always been accommodating in helping.

90 seconds....

That's what it takes me to open a new client and send an invoice. Then, the client pays via credit card through the Stripe API and, boom, cash hits account. UI reduced to perfection... Good work Freshbooks people.

I've had FreshBooks for a while now. In the beginning, I had a hiccup, but the staff was right on it. They called even after the problem was resolved to check in. I haven't had any issues since the one in the very beginning and using the platform has been seamless.

Proposal Tool

I really enjoy how FreshBooks operates as a whole program. It allows me to create and submit invoices from the office and on the go. However, there are flaws with the mobile app. While creating an invoice and attempting to request a deposit for a project, it doesn't allow you to put more than two characters before the decimal. Great service, but difficult to manage billed and unbilled time

I am a designer and recently went freelance. My biggest concern was managing the work. In the past, I had to use excel spreadsheets and keep track of everything manually. It usually took up a large portion of my time, when I could have been working on billable hours. Enhancements Hurt Usability

Enhancements made this product less intuitive and more difficult to use. I have worked with it for a couple of months now and still find it more difficult to use than the previous version. Two features that I used regularly are not available in the present version - 1 visual timer on APP and (2 recurring expenses. What do you like best? I love that I can combine time tracking with invoicing and an accounting app all in one. I can track my time and create invoices from that time, send out invoices, and get paid, all in one easy-to-use package. Invoicing Like a Pro

It's very helpful to finally have professional and pleasant looking invoices to send to clients that don't take a lot of time to generate. I'd used the invoices that are included in Mac's software for years. Add additional Functions/Features

I hesitate giving a rating of 3 - it is more a 4 to 4+ - It would be most helpful to have a feature to apply credits and refunds to accounts. Also the additional customization to invoices for those of us who would like the use of "Payment upon Receipt". Otherwise it is very user friendly.
