I really liked Freshbooks up until the recent updates. I find that a lot of the original functionality I found useful for business (reports, filtering etc.. have taken a hit. I hope you end up adding the original features/functions back sometime soon.

User friendly...efficient

FreshBooks is truly the most user friendly billing program I have come across in 35 years of experience. Our service technicians bill our customers while they are out in the field. So no delay in getting invoices into customer hands. Looking back on historical invoices for customers is a breeze. Estimates are fired out very promptly using a series of editable templates. I absolutely adore Freshbooks

I absolutely adore Freshbooks and would give them 5 stars if only I was able to have multiple currencies in my expenses. That being said I love using the app and their customer support is top-notch. Freshbooks has certainly saved me time and money in administering my business and I recommend it to all my colleagues.

Amazing for small businesses

Amazing for small businessesPerfect for logging all business financials from desktop or mobile. The only thing I would improve is the expense reporting categories - as a Canadian business, it would be awesome if business expense categories could match with the CRA's list - a lot of time during tax period to convert Freshbook's categories to CRA's. Instead of using "Other expenses" and adding custom categories there, Freshbooks should tailor these categories based on your location.

Great billing system

Great billing system that replaced Timeslips for us. Would be 5 stars if they would show prior balance on new invoices.

Great product

Great product, easy to setup and configure. Lots of ways to run reports, check on invoicing, etc. Only issue would be our accountant need a two-entry report to help with our taxes.

I love Freshbooks and it suits my needs, but I am sensitive to pricing and I know that I have alternatives out there that I am constantly monitoring. If the price remains reasonable and stable, I will continue to be an enthusiastic customer. Thank you!
