Freshbooks is so simple to use

Freshbooks is so simple to use, I love it! I tried Quickbooks for a year, but even though it was a pain, I switched back to Freshbooks. Their payment options are great for my customers, PayPal, or other payment gateways are allowed, unlike Quickbooks where you have to use their payment gateway. Also, the support is great, I always hear back from them right away with answers to my questions.

FreshBooks has made invoicing so easy. Not only does it make it simple to track my time, but the visibility into past project time spent has helped me better estimate new projects so I can be more profitable going forward. I can also see my billable hours per week and month which has made me more productive overall. I highly recommend FreshBooks.

I've used Freshbooks since 2008 and have always been impressed with how easy and reliable the service is. I've never had an outage or glitch in the software. It is rock-solid and makes it so easy to collect on invoices. It is one of the main pillars of my business!

I love Freshbooks

I love Freshbooks! It's so easy to keep everything organized and running smoothly. I also attribute my clients paying me (mostly on time to freshbooks, it makes paying sooo much easier on them and all the automated reminders put one less weekly thing on my to do list. I also like that clients can access their own invoices and records so I don't need to manually keep track of them. It's perfect!

Freshbooks is my favourite bookkeeping/accounting program because it is so easy to use and is completely intuitive, even for us creative types. The features I use most often are Time Tracking, Estimates, Invoices, and Expenses. I am able to more accurately give estimates because by time tracking in the past I have a better idea of how long projects take. I time track even when I am not charging by the hour in order to keep myself informed of how much time I am spending on any given project. ...

I've been using Freshbooks for years. It's made working with my accountant simple and billing clients even simpler. After trying a few other options, I found Freshbooks and that was it. When working with other contractors I send them a link to get Freshbooks when I get a crappy looking invoice and then it's super simple to work with them in the future, nothing ever gets misplaced. Also, being able to see if they've opened they have viewed the invoice has helped me in past due accounts ...
