I love the easy to use invoicing
I love the easy to use invoicing. I do wish it offered a true accounting function as well. I don't find the expensing function to be very helpful, except in seeking reimbursements. I wish I could log all my business expenses easier, especially those which are not attributed to a client.

I have used the product for 6+ years. I am trying to think of constructive criticism for you guys, but I can't come up with any. If I had a complaint.. and believe me this is minor: It feels like the roll out of the new software is taking a very long time for my account. The reality is.. my current software version is great.. I *LOVE* Freshbooks
I *LOVE* Freshbooks. I've been using it since 2008 and I've never had a serious problem. I run my entire small business and even some family finances on it. HIGHLY recommended.

I'm finally on top of my bookkeeping!
It wasn't until I started to use FreshBooks that I was finally able to stay on top of my invoicing and expense tracking. Bonus that I can track time on client products as well and bill them. Anytime I've called they've been awesome and super supportive to work with.
