Overall I am super happy with …
Overall I am super happy with Freshbooks. Makes my accounting super easy - especially during tax season. My only complaint is I have heard about the new design for months now and still my account has never been updated... Still waiting to see the new look.

Great accounting software
FreshBooks has been an excellent platform to create invoices and track expenses. Their new system is not as feature rich as the original. But as long as the original system is accessible, I'm happy!

Decent product, not open to feedback
Freshbooks is a decent product that does most of what I need. Suggestions for improvements fall on deaf ears. They've been advertising a new fresh look for it for quite a while but nothing has come out. Its the same product with the same features and limitations I started using a year ago. Not sure if they're serious about improving it.

Great for any SMB..................only …
Great for any SMB..................only drawback for us is lack of 6 and 8 week service frequency for recurring. The monthly, every 2 months is not a natural extension of weekly, every 4 weeks service frequency and creates problems with service days that fall consistently on a set service day that is a 6 or 8 weeks frequency.

Overall it is a great cloud based software. There are a few glitches here and there especially when it comes to mobile and ipad but I could not run my business without it. I wish invoices were more customizable but over all you can get a nice looking form out of it. Would recommend to a small business.

Invoices list sortability
I miss being able to sort all my invoices by type and level of paid or draft. I want my draft, outstanding and partially paid for invoices in one sortable list by date and these variables. I don't like having all the invoices listed and all their status. I used archive invoices to sort the ones paid off my old style freshbooks invoices list. This gave me a clear picture of what is owed, overdue, just sent, deposit paid and estimates that have yet to be approved. New Freshbook looks great ...

I have been using FreshBooks for some time now and have been extremely satisfied. It has done exactly what it said it would and what I need it to do. And tech support is the very best. I'm looking forward to using the new version very soon. I highly recommend it.

Freshbooks is amazing
Freshbooks is amazing - easy to use, easy to customize to your need, great support when/ if you need it. I have been using it for about 2 years and it has met my every need and exceeded my expectations. I can use it on my iPhoe, my iPad, my Mac and my SurfacePro! Great Product!

I did a lot of research...
I did a lot of research on similar products, and I am glad that I chose FreshBooks. I can do it myself, yet I am never alone. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The product gives me the flexibility that I need to concentrate on my consulting business.
