Just awesome
Just awesome. I love the tool and I recommend it to everyone. I only have a reservation on the value vs the actual cost. The value is there, but including extra features that we now rely on add-on would be a great improvement.

Overall I am super happy with Freshbooks. Makes my accounting super easy - especially during tax season. My only complaint is I have heard about the new design for months now and still my account has never been updated... Still waiting to see the new look.

Key tool for a mobile small business
The administrative part of my business life got a lot easier when I started using FreshBooks, thanks to a referral from a colleague. We have a highly mobile small company with work across North America, and some overseas, as well as associates based across the US. Very reasonable subscription fee
Very reasonable subscription fee, perfectly mobile app integrated, and not too complicated like Quickbooks was. Great for a small business user!

Freshbooks is perfect for small business owners. I can do everything I need to do within the program to manage our accounts, expenses, invoices and people.I highly recommend Freshbooks also based on the customer service. I have had a few challenges and the staff always helps and helps quickly.

Excellent platform for small business
Excellent platform for small business. I use it to keep records of my clients, projects, expenses, and to some degree my finances. Really great time tracking capabilities, estimate generation, invoicing—all top notch. Easy to keep everything organized by client, project, and task, which makes invoicing and monitoring projects a breeze.
