I Couldn't Live Without FreshBooks
What do you like best? I love how easy it is to time my work and record it for invoicing. I also like how you can see when your client has reviewed or paid your invoice. What do you dislike? I don't really dislike anything about it, but it would be nice to be able to customize my invoicing more in the free version. Super Easy as an Independent Contractor
What do you like best? It's very quick and easy to track projects, time, clients, and time spent on particular skills (which is great when you wear a lot of hats. What do you dislike? I wish the mobile app was more robust... some of the invoicing features that are useful on desktop are missing, and review of unbilled time is missing. Okay for small business but there are better programs out there.
What do you like best? I like the fact that it is really easy to create invoices from scratch for beginners. The classic freshbooks platform is aesthetically pleasing as well. What do you dislike? Something that came into my mind immediately was their support staff. Although they try to sell to their customer that their support staff is awesome, I personally did not have that experience with them. Currently using but looking to upgrade
What do you like best? I liked that at the time Freshbooks was a decent solution to send invoices to my design clients. Later features to add deposits (via percentages and expenses were a nice add-on. There's even a plan (not on site, contact them where you can get a small plan, where to start you can have up to two clients at a time to try out. What do you dislike? Great Invoicing Features for Someone Starting Out
What do you like best? Ease of use, great sortable information for taxes and reporting, clean dashboard, easy for clients to use as a payment platform. My company has used Freshbooks for a long time and do all of our billing via their API.
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Customer interface is excellent and ability to not store credit card information locally is key to PCI compliance. We love the recurring profile concept for recurring billing and find the web portal very intuitive. We also appreciate the branding we can do for our clients so they feel this billing platform is an extension of our service and that they are in the right place. Simplifying Time Tracking & Billing
What do you like best? Freshbooks streamlines the process of tracking time spent on various projects for various clients. I love that you can list a number of different projects underneath one specific client. This comes in handy especially at my job where we are constantly completely multiple different tasks for a single client. Freshbooks has allowed me to take my business to the next level - 3x over. As my business grows and matures the features of Freshbooks have been there to support me. Speaking of support! Any questions, comments, or feature requests I've had have always been met with enthusiasm and in most cases have been resolved or an alternate solution has been provided. And promptly.I highly recommend Freshbooks for time-tracking, Invoicing and client management.

Overall great invoicing and time tracking software for freelancers and small businesses
Freshbooks has been a program I've been using for several years now as they've made my time tracking and invoicing so much more efficient than my old school manual method of Excel and custom invoices. I also find the reporting functions useful and they seem to consistently improve their user experience. I've only had to use their customer services a few times and they were always prompt and effective with solutions.
