What do you like best? I liked that at the time Freshbooks was a decent solution to send invoices to my design clients. Later features to add deposits (via percentages and expenses were a nice add-on. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Customer interface is excellent and ability to not store credit card information locally is key to PCI compliance. Overall great invoicing and time tracking software for freelancers and small businesses

Freshbooks has been a program I've been using for several years now as they've made my time tracking and invoicing so much more efficient than my old school manual method of Excel and custom invoices. I also find the reporting functions useful and they seem to consistently improve their user experience. I've only had to use their customer services a few times and they were always prompt and effective with solutions.
