What do you like best? With Freshbooks you can create a great professional image of the company. Another great feature of Freshbooks is the availability of Support Tickets. Your customers will be able to send requests to "support" asking for clarifications and you can close them when the issue is solved. What do you dislike? Nothing. What do you like best? that I can invoice and have it linked to my PayPal account and I can restrict PayPal to not accept credit card payments in the invoice system. very important since I am a small business with few clients so they understand I need to keep fees down. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Freshbooks is so easy to utilize. It comes with a clean interface. Its iPhone apps allows for seamless time tracking and billing. I've had this for a number of years and it really fits the bill! What aspects are problematic or could work better? I was hoping Freshbooks would let keep time-billing segregated from time tracking.
