Easy to use software for billing and accounting
What do you like best? I liked its ease of use, recurring billing and ability to track all sorts of things. What do you dislike? I haven't found anything I dislike about it yet. Great for easy payments
What do you like best? Easy billing of clients, clients can pay right when they see the invoice and I can record partial payments What do you dislike? Nothing really. It does what it says it's supposed to do. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Keeping track of my billable hours and then billing clients. Much easier to keep track of hours and invoices. There's a paper trail for everything.

Invoicing tool that easily integrates with CRM
What do you like best? The ability to create recurring profiles. I also like that by clicking on a profile, I can easily see a history of the customer's payment history. What do you dislike? The Q&A resources should be easier to solve. Recommendations to others considering the product I would recommend Freshbooks for the ease of creating invoices, ability to create recurring profiles and quick reports that show a customers history of completed payments or missed invoices. Great, free timekeeping and billing platform
What do you like best? Freshbooks is a great platform to track time and bill clients. What do you dislike? It's not always as intuitive as it could be. Servers can be slow if you're dealing with a large amount of data. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easily track time and bill clients. Love the reports features.

What do you like best? It has a timer built in that you can start/stop, and bill from time entries logged. What do you dislike? Great Software
What do you like best? Everything is very easy to use. And I can get paid in different ways. I can select if I want a customer to pay via PayPal, Authorize.net, Braintree, or their credit card processing. Keeps track of my hours and the differant rates for different clients. Also the recurring invoices are really nice so I don't even have to think about sending invoices What do you dislike? I'm very happy with Freshbooks, noting really to complain about.
