PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I love FreshBooks for many reasons. It offers excellent mobility and the customer support agents are helpful and friendly. You can use your mobile phone to input data on the go. I am able to give quotes to people right on the phone. Another advantage is I get to know when my client opens my invoice. This means I can know if my invoice went to spam and lies unopened. I can ask my client to open the invoice and get payment ...

Easy to use invoicing system

What do you like best? I enjoy the customization. I can select how my invoices appear, change the script for my emails and adjust any client setting with ease. What do you dislike? If you don't send the email to the client the moment you send the invoice, you cannot customize the letter to the client after that. It will default to the last saved version. You can save money and time with this app

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I love that FreshBooks is easy to set up and use. We are saving a lot by switching over from credit card and merchant account processing through our bank which used to cost a lot. The saved money is more than the subscription we pay for FreshBooks. Saves me time!

What do you like best? Freshbooks makes time tracking and invoicing very easy. Their customer service is outstanding, they always pick up in just a few rings and their reps are top-notch. My accountant has easy access to all of my records as well. What do you dislike? I wish I could easily have all my accounting done right in Freshbooks, but it doesn't meet all of our requirements.
