I like it except for that you can't put in specific dates it only say 15 - 30 after the date of the invoice. I would like to be able to use both fields not just 1.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Freshbooks is so easy to utilize. It comes with a clean interface. Its iPhone apps allows for seamless time tracking and billing. I've had this for a number of years and it really fits the bill! What aspects are problematic or could work better? I was hoping Freshbooks would let keep time-billing segregated from time tracking. What do you like best? For a soloprenuer that needs a feature rich, flexible software, Freshbooks is a great choice. The different pricing tiers - depending on how many customers you have - is great for scaling your accounting as your business expands. What do you dislike? Easy to use, but some frustrations

Overall the software is easy to use and saves time. However there are some little areas where I wish the software would do something a little bit differently. For example, let's say you have an expense that's part of a project (for a client but not billable. If it's not billable, you can't attribute it to a project or a client. Also, the way taxes work isn't seamless, come tax time. For example, you have to manually enter the tax on each item, instead of being able to say that this expense ...

What do you like best? I love how this software has changed the way I run my business. After linking my bank account and selected credit cards, it makes bookkeeping so easy. Everything is so intuitive that i rarely need support and if I do, they actually have a phone number you can call. They have a support key that allows them to quickly access your account.
