I love how easy it is to setup and use. The customization is great and the reports are quick to review. Such a great company and incredible product. (...and I love the inspirational quotes that pop up everyday

Its only an invoice.

Its only an invoice system that is missing basic tools. I'll like to be able to:- send proposal/estimate "link" to client - Edit the subject when I send a proposal to a client - Create categories of my services and track income for each category. Hope this helps to improve the system.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Freshbooks is capable of streamlining the process on a number of projects for different clients. FreshBooks is great - apart from the bugs

FreshBooks should be a great product. It's easy to use with good workflow, the UI is terrific, our customers love it and it does exactly what we want. Except ... in only a few weeks' use, we've encountered significant bugs including an error totalling invoices on the dashboard. What do you like best? I like how easy Freshbooks is to use. It pulls up your expenses from your back accounts so you can quickly and easily keep up with expenses. I also like how it's mobile friendly. Invoices are a breeze too! I essentially keep track of all business related management through Freshbooks. Simple, effective, cloud based time-tracking & invoicing

What do you like best? Being cloud based, I can access this from any of my myriad computers or even client-owned computers. There is also an iOS app. The invoices look professional, and I can send them via either PDF attachments or even snail-mail. Responsive help-desk too. What do you dislike?
