I'm really loving FreshBooks as an accounting solution so far. I love the simplicity. I do find myself wishing I could further customize invoices. Also, maybe some option to configure your tax profile so FreshBooks could estimate quarterly taxes would be awesome. Overall, I'm very pleased. FreshBooks has allowed me to free up time and focus on growing my business. Thank you!

I like the platform for my business…

I like the platform for my business easy to use and gets the job done sending invoices directly to email. Only thing I would change is I wish there was a feature the I could click to tick off invoices that were not paid through freshbooks, seems ovi. Would even be better if I could print a summary of all invoices for the year to help with taxes.

Amazing service and easy to use software

What do you like best? My favorite feature is how is easy it was to integrate time tracking with invoicing. As a service based business, this was imperative. What do you dislike? You can save money and time with this app

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I love that FreshBooks is easy to set up and use. We are saving a lot by switching over from credit card and merchant account processing through our bank which used to cost a lot. The saved money is more than the subscription we pay for FreshBooks. Freshbooks makes my life as a freelancer so easy! I sent an invoice yesterday morning to a new client with the ability to pay with a credit card and they paid the same day! It's so efficient to import expenses (I used the CSV method so I can keep everything financially in one place. I love having the dashboard so that I can see at a glance what my finances look like.
