Customer Support - Freshbooks or XERO?
I used Freshbooks for years. Probably since 2007. But due to few matters with the business I had to go to Xero. I was in chat with Melanie and Rich B from customer support asking for help with data migration. They were extremely helpful I have to say. I kept changing the goal post but they were kind enough to accommodate my needs until I was able to fully migrate my data successfully. I requested support from XERO as well during the migration. Customer Support - Freshbooks or XERO?
What do you like best? Customer Support is far better than XERO. I was in contact with both providers due to a data migration. Freshbooks support is WOW. What do you dislike? Bank integrations crash weekly
I'm really sorry to say Freshbooks is just not working at all, I have used it for a year, in the beginning it was ok but unfortunately it gets worse all the time. Now it has reached the point where every week I log in, at least one of the automated connections to either my bank account or paypal is down or where I pull in the invoices from my webshop, meaning that I have to waste hours manually looking through and entering what is missing. Holy Awesome
Holy Awesome! Proposals, invoices, projects, expenses and time tracking all in one. I run everything though Freshbooks. It is crazy how I have been able to streamline creating invoices and proposals, and its great having one place for all the other data like time tracking, instead of in being spread across other apps.

I'm really loving FreshBooks as an…
I'm really loving FreshBooks as an accounting solution so far. I love the simplicity. I do find myself wishing I could further customize invoices. Also, maybe some option to configure your tax profile so FreshBooks could estimate quarterly taxes would be awesome. Overall, I'm very pleased. FreshBooks has allowed me to free up time and focus on growing my business. Thank you!
