Great Accounting Experience
What do you like best? The User interface is easy to understand and a breeze to use. The reports/metrics provided by the system allow me to better understand how my business is preforming over time and how I can improve and focus on the times it is not. Great software!
What do you like best? FreshBooks has made invoicing and getting paid much easier as my business grows. What do you dislike? There really isn’t too much I dislike. The expense tracking could be easier and add more flexibility. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I’m able to automatically follow up and track income and invoices a lot easier.

Best Accounting Software I've Ever Used!
What do you like best? Freshbooks is VERY easy to use! I like that it has a great time logger and invoicing. What do you dislike? No option to show time entry notes on invoicing that are sorted by day. Recommendations to others considering the product: Allow retainers to be able to be used for pre-payment for work instead of only on a recurring schedule. Best way to delegate business accounting!
What do you like best? That I no longer have to track my business spending. What do you dislike? If I let a couple months go by without syncing my bank account sometimes it stops syncing and I’ve had a couple instances where I’ve had to manually input, which is frustrating. Terrific software for entrepreneurs
What do you like best? Freshbooks is easy to use! It is affordably priced and makes daily bookkeeping easier for entrepreneurs and small businesses. What do you dislike? My biggest complaint is that not all reports are easy to find or intuitive to use. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I use FreshBooks for time tracking to provide accurate invoices to clients. I also use it to keep me bookkeeping records straight for tax time.
