What do you like best? Makes creating and tracking invoices and expenses so easy! What do you dislike? I’d love if there was more payroll and tax form integration. Beautiful, Effective Software for Entrepreneurs
What do you like best? One of the great features of FreshBooks is the timer, which allows me to not only bill accurately and easily but also understand how much time I devote to specific projects. It keeps me accountable, which is great for the client and for those of us who tend to over-deliver. I also love the ease of invoicing via email. Great accounting software for small businesses
What do you like best? Ease of preparing snazzy looking invoices and receiving online payments. I love being able to add pictures to my invoices, and it's nice to be able to check on whether an invoice or estimate has been viewed yet. If the customer hasn't viewed it I know I should follow up and make sure it hasn't been lost in their email. That feature alone has made a lot of sales that I would have otherwise considered "abandoned". Support has been great the few times I've needed ...

What do you like best? The quick response to issues and questions. The friendly follow up and resolution to challenges. What do you dislike? I have individual clients that work for the same company. Great program for a small business!
What do you like best? I love the organization structure of the program, the fact that it connects with our bank and PayPal, but the best part is the wonderful customer support! What do you dislike? It gets fairly expensive once you go up to 50 or more customers. Simple and easy to use
What do you like best? Freshbooks has simplified our invoicing. What do you dislike? I would like cost of sales to be able to put actual cost of the inventory rather than a percentage. What do you like best? Using FreshBooks has saved me time when creating invoices, and also provides a great way to time track. What do you dislike? What do you like best?
