I would have floundered without FreshBooks!
What do you like best? It’s modern, clean, and easy to use interface. What do you dislike? I would love to periodically have someone check in to make sure I am getting the best use from all the products offered. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? My clients appreciate the brand consistency and simplicity in viewing and paying their invoices.

Excellent tool for Keeping Books
What do you like best? Invoicing, online payments, ability to customize the look of invoices. I also use the time tracking feature quite a bit. What do you dislike? I'd love it if there were a built-in estimate function. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Solved the problem of my poor bookkeeping skills. It's much easier to track my hourly time and project fees, then generate invoices so I actually get paid for my work.

What do you like best? Setting up auto-invoicing and auto payments is incredible. I set everything up and then forget it. Money is deposited into my account. What do you dislike? Best intuitive invoicing and expense software for creatives
What do you like best? I love how intuitive the tools are within Freshbooks. I'm a creative-type who isn't great with numbers. But inside Freshbooks, everything makes sense to me. Invoicing always used to be a real pain. Now, invoicing day is my favorite day of the month, as Freshbooks makes it so easy, especially with the time tracking tool. FreshBooks is a must for Entrepreneurs
What do you like best? FreshBooks user-friendly interface. The ability to invoice clients and send client’s estimates for a job all while on the go. What do you dislike? I have yet to find anything I dislike about FreshBooks What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? My accounting was a mess before finding FreshBooks. Now at tax time, I have zero anxiety. Everything is perfectly packaged and ready for my accountant.

What do you like best? It's an easy interface for non-accounting types & their customer support is out of this world. They answer the phone and quickly sort you out. They are fantastic. Easy accounting and tracking for solo entrepreneurs
What do you like best? I like the time tracking features the best. I keep track of all my time on projects. I also like the ease of invoicing my clients. What do you dislike? I would like the ability to be able to charge clients for the use of credit cards. These charges are pretty high for a small business and my clients would be happy to pay for the convenience. Freshbooks is consistently awesome
What do you like best? I love that my accountant finds my information easily at tax time, I love the visual graphs and charts that keep me on the pulse of my businesses financial health. What do you dislike? I used to dislike that my imported bank account wasn't pinged often enough - but this was brought up to the Freshbooks team and they quickly fixed it.
