I have rarely encountered a customer service rep that wasn't help and willing to do whatever it took to ensure I was satisfied with the service and software. Good for invoicing, but it's not accounting software

What do you like best? FreshBooks does a good job of managing time tracking and invoicing for a small business. It also handles expense tracking fairly well. You can easily manage time tracking and expenses from the mobile app. It also integrates with Gusto for payroll, which has worked well for us. What do you dislike? It's OK but...

What do you like best? It is easy to search for and create invoices. What do you dislike? Not being able to do a partial refund for customers. Also, you cannot issue credit invoices. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Needed an invoicing software.

What do you like best? the easy access < the support available and its improving daily What do you dislike? need more flexible or more choices for invoice templates, ill by the hour not units abd for services not products. I also wish it would keep balance memory and paid invoice or not paid , but at least an area to put past due and paid amounts, so basically a running What problems are you solving with the product? Good enough for basic stuff

What do you like best? I do like the fact that I can keep track What do you dislike? Almost every future you need to upgrade and pay more money What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Did no realize to many benefits since the sync with the banks did not work properly I had to keep check everything manual and found lots of duplicates.

Usually happy with Freshbooks, but not always

What do you like best? Time tracking! And invoicing, and reporting. What do you dislike? That I receive so many automated emails from Freshbooks. I've shared this with them Freshbooks email, and then they've sent me automated emails afterwards! Eek. Additionally, the reporting and the time tracking hours don't always match up. The lesser of evils but still room for improvement

What do you like best? Freshbooks is easier to use than Quickbooks and Xero, without a doubt. It also offers a lot of integrations with other systems via Zapier and some direct connections. Additionally, their support team is the best of any SaaS vendor we've ever used, hands down. They are friendly, accessible via phone (answer on first ring usually, from my experience) and will work with you to resolve any problems. While I've recommended Freshbooks to my friends, I'm not personally thrilled with it

What do you like best? The automated invoices are great. I used to love how easy it was to contact support but that's gone now. I also like the customizable dashboard. What do you dislike? The cost. I have more than 50 clients, but a lot of them only need a couple hours of work done every other month.
