Freshbooks is ok - this field is stupid
What do you like best? Invoicing my clients and their ability to pay online. Automate tasks like invoicing, organizing expenses, tracking your time. What do you dislike? It's expensive, they continue to send branded emails/invoices even though I am paying for the service. If you want to advertise to my clients, either pay me or stop charging me for the service. What do you like best? Clear simple and concise both online and on the app What do you dislike? I wish the app was more full fledged like the website. Works great for small business
What do you like best? There is room for improvement but the software works great and the mobile app has helped increase our revenue. We were notorious for forgetting to bill customers for small things. With fresh books we generate the invoice (or log the hours on a project) onsite while its “fresh” in our heads. Lots of features
What do you like best? I like the time tracking feature the most. It helps me stay on point. I also like how clean the UI is. It keeps everything really smooth. What do you dislike? There are so many features that I fell like I am overpaying for the 4-6 features I do use. Pricey, but a Super solid platform!
What do you like best? I like the style and workflow of FRESHBOOKS. I also like the ease of use for my customers to get and pay invoices and how professional they look. I also love how it saves my clients information. I also like the integration of fundbox to make sure I always have working capital when needed. What do you dislike? What do you like best? It's easy to use, and has been helpful in managing and communicating with my clients around expenses/billing. The user experience is not perfect, but I have largely met my needs with it. What do you dislike? Some of receipt backup functionality within invoicing is not very robust, and clients often ask me to sent them receipts separately. Perfect for my small business.
What do you like best? Freshbooks makes it easy for my clients to pay online using their credit or debit cards.
