Easy to use!!

What do you like best? I like how Freshbooks is very easy to use and it is very affordable! What do you dislike? I dislike how you have to upgrade depending on how many clients you have. I wish there was a fixed cost no matter how many clients you are invoicing. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Getting paid faster when I invoice my clients.

Great product, super helpful for creatives

What do you like best? Freshbooks is wonderful in so many ways. I've used it for about two years. I love its ease for creating invoices, finding and using reports, tracking invoices and billing hourly services. My most favorite feature is billing by the minute rather than the project, and I have had a hard time finding that in other systems. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Freshbooks customer service is always there for you when you need them. Over one year time I had a few questions or concerns that had happened. They walked me through it and spoke in terms for me to understand. What do you dislike? There was a time where monies was held up and I didn't know why. Freshbooks is funky fresh

What do you like best? It's EASY. It's sooo easy to track your time and bill. Then they make it easy for the customer to pay too. Every contractor should have an account. What do you dislike? Honestly nothing. They fix what I don't like. I wanted to be able to auto bill a client and now you can even do that. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Billing is a dream now.

Has most of the tools you might need, but not all of them

What do you like best? FreshBooks is not only well-known in the cloud accounting space, it's well-established. It works. It's got integrations with thousands of financial institutions, which makes expense tracking surprisingly easy, once you remember to reconcile bank gibberish with your FreshBooks transactions, like invoices or expenses for cost of good sold. FreshBooks Has Everything I Need to Invoice My Customers

What do you like best? I like the ease of use, and the payment reminders that FreshBooks send out automatically. I also really like that at the end of the year I can print out expense reports, its useful when I am filing my taxes. What do you dislike? The pricing. An Excellent Software for Agencies

What do you like best? FreshBooks has proven to be a solid software solution for our Digital Marketing agency. We like it's simplicity yet robust powerful capabilities. Freshbooks has saved me a TON of time over the past 9 years!

What do you like best? Insanely easy to add clients, invoices, collect payments and track A/P. What do you dislike? There is nothing not to like (though I wish they had an option to email a PDF invoice directly to a customer.) What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I've been using FB for nearly 10 years and have never looked back. So much easier than Quickbooks, and so much better than my old homebrew.
