What do you like best? I’ve used FreshBooks for the past 3 years as a freelance designer. It’s super easy to invoice clients and track expenses. What do you like best? It's simple to use, they're adding new features so it's not stagnant. Invoices look great. What do you dislike? They’ve always been super helpful.

What do you like best? I like that we can create invoices quickly and they look professional. What do you dislike? I wish that we had the option to white label the branding and the automatic emails would come from our company email What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We can get invoices paid quickly. We like their recurring invoice feature. Easy to use dashboard.

What do you like best? The interface is very simple and it means I spend very little time logging time, listing expenses and invoicing. What do you dislike? It is not very clear how deposits are handled. I've managed to deal with this manually. I also wish it had an automatic way to calculate mileage expense. I like math, but not that much. What do you like best? I like the ability to take payments online and the invoice history to know when clients are viewing my invoices. What do you dislike? Sometimes kye features are hidden behind 3 dot menus. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Invoicing on a timely basis and time tracking.

Excellent Service simplifies the process of managing your business

What do you like best? The desktop site is very easy to understand and work with, it's setup in such a way that it's very user-friendly. Generating estimates and converting them to invoices has been an invaluable tool for us. Adding clients is very simple. Changing one invoice from another and the payment terms/options, late fees are all very easy to use. It would be great if Freshbooks would add the ability for the discount attributed to an invoice only apply to the original invoice ...

Billing and collections simplified

What do you like best? I enjoy the ease of operation for navigating between customer information and invoice entries. What do you dislike? I can not find anything about this program that I dislike. FreshBooks was a breakthrough for my company

What do you like best? I love the ease of the platform and the ability to access it from anywhere. What do you dislike? I wish there was an ability to search by words within the notes section and to also add a field within fields, opposed to having to add at the bottom and then manually move up (those who use it will understand what I mean).
