Great experience so far

What do you like best? The customer service is honestly next level. I love that when I call, I always have someone who is willing to answer any question I have! That's #1 priority for me, is someone can teach me how to use this platform, so I don't feel like I'm confused on what I'm doing, especially when it comes to invoicing clients on a daily basis. Easy to use and excellent customer service

What do you like best? How easy it is to create estimates and invoices. What do you dislike? The website often has problems or is down What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The fact that I can create an estimate and invoices so fast safes me a lot of time to focus on what really matters.

What do you like best? Simplicity and ease of use make it a great entry point for a business owner who’s never managed their finances before. It makes organizing and coordinating expenses so easy. What do you like best? Freshbooks is easy to use, even for me and I'm your stereotypical creative type that has difficulty with numbers. I love that I can track my time easily from my computer or my phone with an app. I love that putting together an invoice is as easy as a few clicks. Estimates are a breeze too. Great platform for new entrepreneurs

What do you like best? Freshbooks is super easy to use and has great reports. I've used it for about 8 years and highly recommend it. They even have a chart of accounts now! What do you dislike? Cannot custom the chart of accounts and it's difficult to stop and adjust recurring expenses when trying to do it a few months after they should have stopped. Great So Far!

What do you like best? I love being able to use the app on my phone and have it integrate with the website version. What do you dislike? There are a few features that don’t work the same on the app. Also, the estimate and invoicing numbering can be quite frustrating, especially when it tries to auto populate even for different clients. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Invoicing is great! Taking CC payments has been nice as well!

great for us non CPA's

What do you like best? for someone who doesn't have time to filter through and keep up with expenses and invoices, this is perfect. Freshbooks keeps my organized! What do you dislike? minor glitches in Client database. when i am adding and existing client to an invoice, it doesn't appear at times. What problems are you solving with the product? Easy to use, great for small businesses!

What do you like best? I have been using Freshbooks for nearly 10 years now and I have been so satisfied with the service. It has been very easy to manage our clients, update their information, send invoices and receive payment. We have also used the contractor and employee features as well. Best cloud accounting software... no-brainer for solopreneurs!

What do you like best? The best part about FreshBooks is the recurring invoice feature and the automated invoice reminders! I also love the proposals and ability to convert an accepted proposal to an invoice in one click! What do you dislike? I would like to see more data on the dashboard and/ or data presented differently... monthly revenue in a bar graph vs continue line graph; year over year comparison; view of top line vs bottom line sales with a check box.
