Freshbooks has streamlined my bookkeeping and ensures I get paid on time.
What do you like best? One of the features I like best about Freshbooks is being able to easily create proposals which can be duplicated and modified from project to project then converted to an invoice once accepted. Being able to accept credit cards directly through the platform has drastically cut down the amount of time it takes for a client to pay me. Really helpful software
What do you like best? Estimates can easily become invoices easily. It really does streamline the workflow. What do you dislike? I don't like the "edit client" feature - I have run into uses with accidentally editing the client (and replacing the old client with a new client) as opposed to "changing the client". Very user-friendly, and wonderful customer service
What do you like best? My needs for FreshBooks are very simple; my business is small and my tracking and invoicing needs are simple. Still, when I cannot figure out how to do something (because I am not tech savvy at all) FreshBooks is only a call away, and I receive friendly and efficient help. This is worth a lot to me. What do you like best? Easy to create invoices, track expenses. What do you dislike? Importing bank accounts could be better. What problems are you solving with the product? Everything I Need for my Business
What do you like best? I don't need any other software. Freshbooks does everything: automatic invoicing, estimates, expense tracking, and tax reports. Awesome. Almost perfect
What do you like best? Invoicing and automation works great. Managing project time is also a bonus What do you dislike? I am an individual developer who owns my own business. My wife and I are the sole employees. No solution works perfectly, FB included. I wish that there was a way to one click at the end of the year and have all of my tax nonsense done. Great platform for new entrepreneurs
What do you like best? Freshbooks is super easy to use and has great reports. I've used it for about 8 years and highly recommend it. They even have a chart of accounts now! What do you dislike? Cannot custom the chart of accounts and it's difficult to stop and adjust recurring expenses when trying to do it a few months after they should have stopped. Great So Far!
What do you like best? I love being able to use the app on my phone and have it integrate with the website version. What do you dislike? There are a few features that don’t work the same on the app. Also, the estimate and invoicing numbering can be quite frustrating, especially when it tries to auto populate even for different clients. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Invoicing is great! Taking CC payments has been nice as well!

great for us non CPA's
What do you like best? for someone who doesn't have time to filter through and keep up with expenses and invoices, this is perfect. Freshbooks keeps my organized! What do you dislike? minor glitches in Client database. when i am adding and existing client to an invoice, it doesn't appear at times. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? expenses are being tracked. benefits: record keeping is key
