What do you like best? Easy to create invoices, track expenses. What do you dislike? Importing bank accounts could be better. What problems are you solving with the product? FreshBooks is a Lifesaver and Saves Me Time!

What do you like best? All of it! User friendly, dependable, the project timer. What do you dislike? My only complaint is not being able to associate an expense with a project. Right now, you can only associate it with a client. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Mostly just saves me a ton of time and keeps up with time, expenses, and overdue invoices so I don't have to. Makes tax time at least 10% less nightmarish.

What do you like best? Extremely easy to create client accounts, record and review time entries and generate invoices. What do you dislike? Nothing negative to say about your software. What do you like best? How easy it is to get the answers I need. It's easy to reach a real human on the phone when I can't find the answer in the FAQ database. Any anytime I simply call, no matter how simple my question I'm never harassed by support that I should have looked more before calling. Freshbooks has streamlined my bookkeeping and ensures I get paid on time.

What do you like best? One of the features I like best about Freshbooks is being able to easily create proposals which can be duplicated and modified from project to project then converted to an invoice once accepted. Being able to accept credit cards directly through the platform has drastically cut down the amount of time it takes for a client to pay me. What do you like best? Freshbooks makes it easy to keep track of my accounts receivable. Not only that, but the invoices look professional, and the system is set up in such a way that it's very easy to create different line items as needed.
