Great Service But Several Flaws

What do you like best? Easy to use for invoicing and relatively inexpensive. What do you dislike? 1. They redesigned the site, made it look "nicer" and added a bunch of features. This made it more confusing to use and find info. The site's indexing engine often is out of sync so when you search for say an invoice that has been paid it might appear as "overdue". What do you like best? Very user friendly for tracking time and employees find it simple to navigate. The system has been easy to learn and we love we can track time by 15 min increments and then pull straight into an invoice. It has been so great for creating invoices directly from the system by pulling in the time and the expenses. We like how we can pull data in a PDF and Excel format straight from the system. What do you like best? Like most accounting software, Freshbooks can cover the basics of tracking expenses, invoicing, and reporting/analytics. The template for the invoices is good, and it's fairly easy to use on both desktop and phone app, although the phone app is pretty limited. What do you dislike? FreshBooks is a Lifesaver and Saves Me Time!

What do you like best? All of it! User friendly, dependable, the project timer. What do you dislike? My only complaint is not being able to associate an expense with a project. Right now, you can only associate it with a client. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Mostly just saves me a ton of time and keeps up with time, expenses, and overdue invoices so I don't have to. Makes tax time at least 10% less nightmarish.

What do you like best? Freshbooks came highly recommended to me by my accountant. There is hardly a learning curve and pretty easy to link accounts and create categories for expenses. What do you like best? How easy it is to get the answers I need. It's easy to reach a real human on the phone when I can't find the answer in the FAQ database.
