What do you like best? I love how easy it is to use FreshBooks. I'm a sole proprietor, and I can do almost all of my accounting tasks with the program. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Freshbooks is a very SIMPLE solution for small businesses. What do you dislike? I wish when there are 2 business accounts under the same user, they could use separate email addresses when sending invoices. Great accounting system for freelancers and one-person shops.

What do you like best? Easy to use, clean reports, time tracking, automatic invoicing. It saves me a substantial amount of time every month by keeping everything in one place. What do you like best? Like most accounting software, Freshbooks can cover the basics of tracking expenses, invoicing, and reporting/analytics. The template for the invoices is good, and it's fairly easy to use on both desktop and phone app, although the phone app is pretty limited. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Very user friendly for tracking time and employees find it simple to navigate. The system has been easy to learn and we love we can track time by 15 min increments and then pull straight into an invoice. Great Service But Several Flaws

What do you like best? Easy to use for invoicing and relatively inexpensive. What do you dislike? 1. They redesigned the site, made it look "nicer" and added a bunch of features. This made it more confusing to use and find info. The site's indexing engine often is out of sync so when you search for say an invoice that has been paid it might appear as "overdue". What do you like best? It is a solid technology program and mobile app. You can track project time and time estimates as well.
