Best financial app ever!

What do you like best? The UI is flawless and simple to use. Also, the support is super quick and they are very friendly. What do you dislike? Nothing, I love the app exactly the way it is. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Keeps track of money spent to money earned for my small business. Invoicing is beautiful.

Not as bulky as the other booking software

What do you like best? Freshbooks is so asy to use, from tracking hours to generating reports - it has everything I need as a freelancer/small design agency. It is also scalable, so I can add customers to the interface as I grow. What do you dislike? I wish there was a native Mac OS app to use a timer to track hourly work. For a finance novice it is amazingly supportive

What do you like best? The ease of use for finances words I don't know. The power of the reporting. The organization of the system and information. Everything I need is on my dashboard ready for me. It is so easy to scroll over something and it shows me more detailed information. It is so easy to make quick edits to journal entries and cash flow tracking. What do you like best? Customer service has always been great, product is reliable and easy to use. What do you dislike? There really isn't anything that we don't like about the product. Freshbooks too big for their own good

When I first started using Freshbooks Classic over 5 years ago, everything was great including the base features, the Android mobile app, Invoice emailing, remembered items and services and the standard reports. Great accounting software for entrepreneurs

What do you like best? I like the ease of creating invoices that are easy to understand and simple to pay. What do you dislike? Sometimes I don’t like how the recurring invoices function. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Sending monthly invoices to my clients and receiving payments online.

Good overall, despite some shortcomings

What do you like best? Invoicing is quick and easy. Recurring invoices are nice, especially when clients save their credit cards to have them automatically charged. Being able to track time from any page inside FreshBooks is convenient. It's very helpful to see the history of an invoice (when it was created, sent, viewed, paid, etc.). What do you dislike? Solid cloud-based solution. A couple of weaknesses but overall good price and quality of product.

What do you like best? Cloud-based, easy to navigate, good plug-ins for ACH, credit card payments, good combo of accounting, time-tracking and invoicing What do you dislike? Easy invoicing and one of the best examples of customer service I've ever encountered

What do you like best? Easy to use and very simple platform (much better than my CPA's recommended product which is an eye sore). What do you dislike? I was working on a proposal that got lost assuming it auto-saved. Hope that function got fixed (?) What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Solve integration with my CPA; easy for taxes, tracking expenses and invoicing clients is truly a breeze.
