We came to Freshbooks from Xero, as there were countless issues and bugs with Xero's API, that would not seem to get resolved. Great Software with frequent updates

What do you like best? Invoicing, expenses and the reports (which I use for taxes actually) What do you dislike? Bank reconciliation is working not all for me. But that’s not a problem to me. VERY GLITCHY SOFTWARE; TOTALLY UNRELIABLE, AND DEFINITELY NOT AUTOMATED

What do you like best? It has a good online platform and easy to use app. What do you dislike? This program is VERY GLITCHY. The biggest problem is when you tell them that it's glitchy, they tell you that it's not and that they don't plan to fix it. The easiest example is when you try to send an invoice, there is no "account balance" on the invoice. So if one client has two invoices outstanding, they can never know how much they owe. Features DON'T work, massively unreliable..

Integral features they advertise don't actually work, rendering the software useless. They respond with 'a free month of credit' and no clear idea of when these issues are likely to be resolved.

What do you like best? I like nothing about it best. What do you like best? The loyalty this company provides to its users is the strongest it delivers a vast range of amazing accounting and banking features. This is open platform for both small and large businesses. The tool is skilled and strong. Invoices can be conveniently made, bill receipts displayed and all the normal activities managed. Worst ever

On March 31, 2020 I was paid for a invoice and it is still not in my account on April 6, 2020. Freshbooks says it will be in my account on April 7, 2020. Also, talked to my customer and he informed he paid with his company Chase Credit card. This is the worst I have experenced. Lookin for a new merchant service provider.

I like the software and wanted to get the service, but after I talked to the salesman, I changed my mind. He would never give me a straight answer and had a tantrum when I told him no. Pushy, I guess that the salesman is disconnected from the business operating on commission and bonuses and doesn't have the best interest of the business owner in mind. As I said, the software seems excellent, but I would be cautious.

The Easiest, Most Efficient Platform For Businesses Like Mine.

What do you like best? I love how user-friendly the platform is and how easily it integrates with Stripe (actually have to be pretty bad to mess that up, but nonetheless).. I love the customization of the invoices too. It's very easy to keep all of my incomes and expenses organized.
