Great for freelancers & consultants
Easy to use. Great support team. The ability to set up recurring invoices and retainers is particularly useful for me as a consultant.

I love the simplicity of the time…
I love the simplicity of the time tracking and invoicing. I wish I had this for the last 20 years, as I was using an Excel spreadsheet. Freshbooks time is so much easier to manage.

Friendly to Use with Customer Service You Can Talk To
I have been using Freshbooks for maybe 3 years now and I love that it is affordable, friendly to use and the best part, YOU CAN TALK TO A HUMAN ON THE PHONE! Whenever I have a question, I can call without having to subscribe to one of the higher subscription levels. There are some features I would like to see that are not available at all, but for the time being, the service fits my bookkeeping needs.

Freshbooks has been great
Freshbooks has been great. Always a phone call away. Tons of information at your finger tips. I could not run my hvac business without them. The price is fair. I will never go without. FAN FOR LIFE!!

User friendly and professional software solution
Super user friendly and professionally formatted invoicing software. Love that it saves and pre-populates my clients and most common item descriptions and rates. Visual dashboard shows me my YTD earnings and outstanding invoices. Recommend.

Best Choice for Beginner Businesses
When I first started my small business I had researched several accounting softwares on the market. I decided to go with Freshbooks because it was one of the more affordable systems out there and also because it was easy to navigate and understand. It's been almost a year now and I honestly am so glad of the choice I made! Tax time was easier than I expected and Freshbooks is always open to feedback on how to improve their platform for its users. Love it!

New User - Love it!!
I have been using Freshbooks for almost a year now and it has been great!! My invoicing gets out quicker. It looks professional. It is easy to use. I have not tried all the other applications the platform, but hope to check them out soon.
