Essential for my freelance business
I use Freshbooks to track hours and create and send invoices for my freelance writing business. I regularly juggle 8+ clients at one time, with a mix of hourly and project-based engagements, so it's essential to use a tool like Freshbooks to keep organized. The time I save with Freshbooks more than pays for the subscription itself. I've recommended it to many fellow freelancers.

Easy Peasy, Lemon Squeezy
I have been a FreshBooks customer for more than a year. The platform is straightforward, intuitive, and easy to use. The functionality is perfect for my business needs, and the added benefit of being able to accept payments via Stripe makes it my go-to when managing the financial elements of my business. Game Changer
Freshbooks has been a game changer for me. The feature I find the most useful is the dashboard view. I can easily see all of my expenses, total profit month over month, and outstanding invoices. It's basically a way to see the entire overview of your business finances on one screen. It actually motivates me to work harder.

Freshbooks has allowed me to keep track of my hours and automatically bill my clients. It handles follow up messages and I don't have to worry about hunting down my clients to get paid.

FreshBooks is an excellent small business tool
FreshBooks works great for my small business. In the past I had to manually track my hours and create invoices; now FreshBooks does that for me. It also reminds me if a client has not paid and gives me the option to harass them politely.

I called Freshbooks in order to deal…with an invoicing problem
I called Freshbooks in order to deal with a certain problem with invoicing and balancing. They were very pleasant, and waited on the phone while I made the correction, and verified that it was done properly. The person on the other end was very easy to deal with and pleasant. Good job! You made accountling look and feel easy!
