I had an issue with bank importing that unfortunately took a while to solve. But the team at FreshBooks kept me informed every step of the way, and followed up with new developments as information became available. Ultimately the issue was resolved to my satisfaction and I am happy to have had their help!

This is a great program for billing our customers love the fact the can pay online and set up payments automatically. Very user friendly, only thing I can think of that I would like to change is if there is a way to tell if an invoice was emailed or mailed.

Great software at a great price
Been using freshbooks for well over a year. Very happy with the service. Interface is easy to use, we can quickly get our reports and view our numbers at any time. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable accounting software.

I love FreshBooks
I love FreshBooks! I've spent many years using Quickbooks at places I've worked, and I tried it several times for my personal business use, but it has always been buggy, laggy, and just a pain to use. About two years ago I tried FreshBooks and thoroughly enjoyed using it from the very start. It's so easy and intuitive for me to use, and doesn't slow me down or make it more difficult to keep track of things, or getting invoices out and getting paid. The Freshbooks program is exactly what I needed..
The Freshbooks program is exactly what i needed for issuing my invoices. I invoiced over 2800 invoices last year and i was able to track and keep excellent numbers for my business.. Highly recommend Freshbooks !
