Love Freshbooks!
Love Freshbooks. Not only is the price point perfect for my small business, but it's also incredibly intuitive. I didn't have to struggle to learn a crazy program in order to keep the back end of my business in order. I have enough balls in the air as a new business owner, so I needed this aspect of my business to really work for me. Couldn't speak more highly of this platform!

Quickly solved the problem
Quickly solved the problem I was having issues updating my payment method to a new credit card, there seemed to be some bug and no matter how many times I entered the information the payment method would revert back to the old one. Freshbooks responded quickly to my concern and fixed it.
