Expenses not updating
My expenses were not automatically importing from my bank. I contacted support and they quickly got back to me. The issue was quickly resolved. I appreciate Freshbook's quick support.

Freshbooks is amazing!
I love using Freshbooks! I find everything about the software beautiful, intuitive, and simple to use. I recommend it to all small business owners I meet! I love that my invoicing looks professional, and I get paid faster. My only feedback is that I wish it were possible to quickly upload PDF receipts to my Expenses from Google Drive — the only two options are from My Computer or Dropbox. Since my receipts are automatically saved to Drive, this creates an extra step for me. All in all, I ...

Couldn’t Be Easier!
Freshbooks has made bookkeeping a breeze for me. I have it attached to my business accounts so I only need to jump into it 2 or 3 times a month to make sure my income and purchases are reconciled and balanced, but it does all the the heavy lifting for me. Last year was my first time being in business for myself and I used Freshbooks on a recommendation. When tax time came around, I printed 3 or 4 sheets of paper, went to my tax professional, and she got everything she needed off the pages. ...

Service Providers Need FreshBooks
I can't imagine running my freelance business without FreshBooks. It was the 1st software investment I made, and I'm so grateful that I did. Why use 5 apps when you can use 1? Freshbooks is the answer.
I love using Freshbooks! The ease of use has immensely improved the longer I've been using the platform. The updates that have been made make it easier than ever to log expenses, track time, create proposals (and have my clients sign them) and send invoices. I love that it makes it easy for my clients to pay (and automatically logs the credit card/ACH Banking fee as an expense on my end). It's like using 5 different apps in one. I love Freshbooks
I love Freshbooks! They provide me with the ability to invoice anyone, anywhere in a simple and easy platform. My favourite tool that I always use is the reminder feature. That way I'm not having to think about following up with payments!
